  • Garlic Powder, 1 TSP

  • Onion Powder, 1 TSP

  • Mushroom Powder, Pinch

  • Cayenne, Pinch

  • Sea Salt, 10g

  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, 1 TBSP

  • Red Wine Vinegar, 1 TBSP

 

Instructions:


Prepare the Spice Blend:
  1. Toast the fennel seeds and blitz them into a fine powder using a spice grinder.

  2. Add the smoked paprika, chili flakes, dried oregano, dried basil, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, mushroom powder and cayenne to the grinder.
